Training zones are passive Strength multipliers in +1 Strength Per Click by Incrementally Games. Each world has a dedicated zone that boosts your per-click Strength output while you stand inside it. Clicking outside training zones still works but at the baseline +1 rate (modified only by pets and rebirths). Using zones correctly is the difference between reaching World 2 in an hour versus three.

The Basic Bench in World 1 is your first training zone, located near the spawn point in Starter Gym. Stand on it and click — your Strength gains multiply beyond the raw +1 per click. The effect is automatic; no activation button is needed. As you progress to higher worlds, each zone provides progressively stronger multipliers tied to that world's difficulty tier.

Optimal Zone Usage

  • Always click inside the zone — standing outside wastes your zone multiplier entirely.
  • Combine with pet multipliers — zones and pets stack multiplicatively for massive output.
  • Activate boosts before entering — Friend, Daily, and Session boosts apply on top of zone multipliers.
  • Grind in the highest world's zone — World 4's Champion Platform outperforms all lower zones.
  • Use zones for wall prep — grind Strength in the zone until you exceed the next wall threshold, then break it.

Zone tip: On mobile, position your click area near the zone center so you do not accidentally walk out while tapping. On PC, click without moving your character away from the zone platform.

Training zones do not cost Wins or any currency — they are free to use unlimited. The only requirement is reaching the world that contains the zone. You can return to lower-world zones, but there is no reason to once you have unlocked a higher one. The Champion Platform in World 4 is the best zone in the game and should be your default grinding location once unlocked.
